So...Another thing I was wondering about. I serviced the lower unit about a week ago, now...and well. On the side opposite the drain screw on the l/u there is a small hole. It is most certainly a factory designed relief or drain. Bout the diameter of a ballpoint pen tip. I noticed today that a few drops of gear oil are leaving the hole. Why? I installed new seals and vent seal rings. Ideas... Thank you in advance.
