one side will always be hotter than the other due to the way the water flows. Maybe 10-20 degrees difference. Get yourself a infared temp gun and shoot each riser to get the difference. Should be able to lay your hand on them for a few seconds any hotter than than that might have a blockage in your riser or manifold.
