Sorry guys I had to go before I could finish my question,My manual says the black box is a low speed idle stabilizer,or a low &high speed stabilizer it has 3 wires. I thought I have read about disconnecting it and adjusting the timing here in the forum but i am not shure if i can do that to my engine. Please help point me in the right direction,
