88 evinrude 90hp electrical problems

long story short, the battery made contact with the hull, and now the key will not turn over, and the trim does not work. is there a fuse that could have blown? how do i test control box or wiring harness? what else could be wrong? is there a fuse somewhere that could have blown?

look for fuse on top of the block ,back by the heads,red fuse holder,that should do it

Fuse is 20 Amp AGA also called IAG20. Part # 514021 or # 510884.
