well took the boat out and lost forward and reverse so i guess its time to spend some money again.
anyway i was debating on sending it to the shop to rebuild it or if i should get a used unit. i know i could probably buy a used motor for the price of a rebuilt lower but my motor runs to strong and smooth to trash it. anyway i was wondering if anyone knew a general ballpark of the cost of haveing a unit rebuilt or what i should look for in a used unit. also i was wondering what units would interchange with mine if i was to get a used one. my motor is an 88 evinrude 120 vro looper with a 25" shaft. any help would be great. thanks guys
