The bottom carb is overflowing with fuel. I have found a broken line just above the carb that connects to a white tapered fitting. The only mention I can find in the manual is "Tee drain hose system". Can someone tell me what this does and symptoms/problems of this being broken for some time (other than spewing fuel)? Thank you.
