"doesn't seem to get power". Either it does or it doesn't. Check that line with a voltmeter or test light. No voltage = no radio. Fuse for that circuit blown perhaps. Perhaps lost its ground connection. And if there are any other things besides the radio on that circuit, one of those devices may be causing the problem.
