87 Ski Centurian Tru Trac ii

I'm looking for a passenger seat for my 87 Ski Centurian. The previous owner trashed it.... I believe it may have been rotten. The passenger seats are L - shaped and a piece of the back rest folds down.

Any suggestions would be very much appreiciated.
