87 ns40c HELP.

I have a 87 ns40c. I just got it and was told that it sat for a while (6 months)
and had gas in it and the fuel line and tank the hole time. I got rid of the old gas and put in fresh gas and took it out. At first it woud not run well at full throttle and then it started working great. The next time I took it out It cranked right up and ran for about 5 min and died. Never starting again. Found out the safety switch was bad. Repaired it. Also changed the plugs and pulled and cleaned the carb. Put on a new fuel line also. Now it starts fine every time and until about half throttle runs great, but after half throttle it runs horrible and won't hardly go antwhere. I also noticed that the intake manifold is getting so cold that it is sweating. Any help would be great.

It could be the ignition system, fuel system or the engine itself. You will need to troubleshoot the engine starting at the beginning and work through everything to determine the problem. But, it usually turns out that the carb needs to be cleaned agaiin.
