87 mariner 60 oil leaking from exhaust and water intake

I started the engine to put it on the trailer this weekend and it sputtered and would only start with throttle nearly full. Slowly made it over to trailer and when i pulled it out I noticed black oil had started to leak out of water intake and near propeller exhaust.

Do a compression test... Make sure all the pistons are the way they should be...
