Starts and idles fine but take it to full throttle and it bogs down. Runs awsome as long as you step on the primer ball every couple seconds...what's with that anybody shed some light on this for me?

disconnect the fuel line going to the carbs, remove kill switch key so engine will not fire, pump bulb till fuel comes out of line, turn engine over, fuel should spurt out in pulses, it should have a fairly strong spurt, weak or no spurt= bad fuel pump or fuel line/connection is sucking air.
