86 Force 125 not run in 9 years. What do I do

Hi Forum,
I have a 1986 Bayliner with a Force125 that has not been started in 9 years. it was properly winterized and fogged, etc etc 9years ago. What do I need to do to "Wake It Up"? Any advice would be GREAT! Does it need a rebuild right off the bat? Do I need to redo the carbs because it sat so long? Also, the engine itself only has like 65 TOTAL hours on it.
