86 evinrude 120 leg leaking after changing oil?

Hi, I just drained the leg on my 1986 120 evinrude, refilled it and noticed shortly afterwards that it was leaking where the impeller meets the leg. Why all of a sudden? I don't think I overfilled it. Once the lube squirted out the vent tube I put the screw in and gave it one more squirt then put in the bottom screw, losing just a little oil.

I did notice a little water in the oil when I drained it but the leg was not leaking? but is now. What needs to be done here?

Can't really see from the photo. If there was water in there before then there will be water in there or a leak again unless the issue was the sealing washers on the screws and you replaced them.
What does the "leaking oil" smell and look like ???

That's the propeller and is the oil black or light brown? Might just unburnt 2 stroke oil, like KMF said, report the smell of it.

Hi, I replaced the gaskets on the vent and fill screws this time around. Previous owner had not replaced the gaskets at all and I suspect that is where the water came in. Now, after I changed the gear oil it starting leaking out from where the propeller meets the leg. The oil leaking out is the nice fresh green oil I just pumped in.

I just do not recall this leg leaking at all prior to my changing the oil and I'm sure I would have noticed.
