Hi Delta24/7 the only model# I found that came close to yours is V4M-10 90hp 1964

Take a look at your model number one more time , that "5" are a "S" .<br /><br />As jim matthews post says , V4M 10 s = 1964 90hp ( s = short shaft )<br />For pictures , see signature .

Thank you, Jim! Yes, that is it! Nice work Droll! Mine don't look that good, yet! It is nice to see what can be done. I just got this motor last night. The engine runs and sounds sweet! I know nothing about the lower end yet! The motor was practicly given too me, so if it takes a few bucks I wont mind. I am sure I will have a million questons. Thanks again Droll, for sharing the Pics of your engine.
