not familiar with your motor but have you checked anything like e-stop plugs wires and did this just happen how did you determine the no spark condition
Was the kill cord connected to the switch ? If so, get a spark plug tester, the ones with a small light bulb in middle that glows when the rope is pulled, follow installation procedure.
