Easy to do once you figure out where everything is.

You have already located the vent screw. The drain/fill screw is located on the bottom of the bullet shaped foot towards the front. You have to tilt the motor up to be able to see it.

1) Place container under L/U and remove drain/fill screw. Be sure to remove and discard the old sealing washer. Sometimes they get stuck in the screw cavity.
2) Remove vent screw. Be sure to remove and discard the old sealing washer. Oil will drain.
3) Add oil through the drain/fill hole. Use either the squeeze bottle or a handy L/U oil pump. Add the oil slowly. When full, the oil will come out of the vent screw hole. Keep the bottle or pump in the drain/fill hole.
4) Install the vent screw. Use a new sealing washer.
5) Remove the bottle or pump and quickly install the drain/fill screw with a new sealing washer.

Keep the motor in an upright position to get the proper fill level.

Good luck.
