You'll definitely want to get rid of any old fuel. Even with stabilizer, 4 years is too old. Replace the plugs, 'cause they're cheap and easy. Spray some WD-40 in to each of the cylinders while you're doing that, then turn the flywheel manually to work it in. You want to make sure you have some lube in those cylinders. While you're replacing the plugs, check for any cracks or deterioration in the spark plug lines, and replace thos if you find any. If it has had a battery sitting in it, that's probably dead, and you'll need a new one. Replace the impeller. If this wasn't prepared for storage, or if you don't know if it was, you may have a lot of varnish in the carbs from the gas sitting there. If you know how, or can do it with the manual, taking them apart and giving them a good cleaning or a rebuild would probably be good.<br /><br />Hmmm...that's all I can think of.
