85 90HP Merc straight 6 no go after 1/2 throttle

I have rebuilt the carbs(Gasket kits,needle and seats,floats,Cleared jets),replaced 3 coils,Compression test all at 95,New plugs,Rebuilt the fuel pump. It runs great up to half way then just bogs down and will not get up on a plane. Any ideas?

You need to test the high speed winding in the stator.
