I have a new stator that I also had a bad rectifier. I just replaced the rectifier, testing the stator. On a bench pass all the test, this is a red stator for 50 hp mariner.
On the engine failes the blue to ground test, the blue and blue/white hook to a block that goes to green/white and white/green, here it also passes the test. The blue to ground It has a connection and ohms up and down. On the bench I get no connection. I just put a new switch box on and don't want to mess it up. The tiggger is good. Most all the other parts are new. Coils, rectifier, switchbox, wires, plugs. Thanks for any info you can give me.
