Is the 2JRCR water cooled or air cooled? I ran it for a short time and did not see the cooling stream that usually appears when operating an outboard. Eventually I'll have to order a manual for this motor, but for now I hope I can continue to get some more "pro bono" help. Thanks for your help and comments.
