was wondering if I need to start this one in water, or if it ok to fire it up dry? I don't know much about it, but seems to be a good motor...any one have an owners manual on this one?? Thanks
when I bought it from the guy he started it up for me out of the water-so my next question then is did this do any harm to the motor? Also, will this cause something to go out??
