84' 60hp evinrude tilt/trim wiring

I have just bought a 84' 60 hp evinrude with t/t. The wiring has been cut. It has three wires out of the unit and a fourth black wire that runs from the other side. Looking at a wiring diagram im guessing the three wires go to switch. Where does the fourth wire go? Does the t/t get power from the main engine battery wires?

color of wires? are these wire to the solenoid box, or wires straight to the motor?

unless silenoid is under cap the to directly to motor
