I have a 83 Mercury 50hp Blue band. The #1 and # 3 plugs are fouling after about 40 minutes on the water. #2 and #4 are completely clean. The gas had gone bad over the winter. I put in fresh gas and added some sea foam. I have replaced plugs twice, and get the same results. I have good compression, and spark. I had the carbs rebuilt 2 years ago. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
