I was reading your advice to the guy that was having trouble with engine<br />power upon shifting into gear. You said that there is a plastic bleed insert<br />from cylinder to cylinde and that they tend to pop out. You further<br />explained that they are found under the bypas covers. I went to my owners<br />manual (Clymer Mercury Outboard Shop Manual) and tried to find the bypass<br /> covers and could not find them. Further,<br />I could not find any reference to these plastic bleed inserts. Any more info<br />you can give me so I can locate them? Which repair manual addresses this<br />problem?
