How do I lean carb. ? It loads-up to much gas !

Ooh! Ohh! Don't you dare touch those carbs before you study a manual. I know where you live! Don't make me come out there and go medieval on you! LOL

loading up is not a mixture problem! Either the needle is sticking partially open or the float is hanging up.

THEN after getting a manual, remove them, clean 'em, and set the float level. Now set the idle mixture with the boat in the water. AND---Don't you DARE go leaner than 7/8 to 1 turn out from lightly seated. Don't make me hurt you! LOL

Put a search in on ebay, check amazon.com and barnesandnoble.com.

I don't know if Clymer made a book for that engine but they may have. Search for Clymer outboard shop manual Chrysler and see what comes up.

You can also go the chrysler crew www.geocities.com/thechryslercrew/ and ask them.
