this is a 81 volvo 280T lower unit on a volvo AQ 145A engine. Was fixing a hose and had the leg hung up with a ratchet strap. After I filled it with oil and then let the leg down to the bottom with the rachet strap it went down to the bottom. When I ran it up to the top and down again to bleed it; it would only go down about 3/4`s of the way. Now I see a small thin stainless cable hanging with a loop on the end. I can`t tell where it hooks onto. I sure that it must has something to do with locking the leg in reverse. Anybody know where there is a schematic for something like this. Or where this cable hooks on to. This is a power trim unit.
