Took my 8 hp out and the start went as ussual(pump bulb x2, pull choke, pull start cord). Ranwhile on choke then would shut down when choke was pushed in. I took it home and noticed one of the plugs was loose. took it out by hand. I bought new ones gapped them at .035 and it continues to do the same thing. i can get it out on the water with choke then go full throttle after the choke is pushed in. it runs good. but if you throttle down, it dies. I also changed the fuel from regular to premium(no ethanol). Could that be it? I'm ignorant but I can fix things really well. Please help. Thanks in advance......
