Its a Johnson 4hp seahorse. Its sat for 5 yrs or so ,if not more. There is a new fuel pump,and a carb kit was put in:float,ect..<br /> It starts and runs,for what seems to be<br />the amount of gas in the float bowl,then stops(about 1 min)<br /> I can keep it running for a while longer if i play with the the choke.but it will stop?<br /> It all so has a rich/lean dial,i take it thats for slower speeds,do i start it with it in the middle?<br /> Help!<br />Also,its a new potable tank,lines,ball.<br /> should the tank vent be open or closed when operating? <br />Thanks!
