Is there oil that gets pulled up from the lower unit because it looks like i have oil not gas/oil mix but oil coming out on to my spark plugs

No oil is pulled from the lower unit !----------There is an oil recirculation line from bottom of engine block that goes to an upper bearing.-----You are mixing gas / oil at 50:1 on this machine ?-----Oil on the outside of the sparkplug ?
