Hey guys,
Got a 15HP mariner. I already rebuilt and cleaned the carb,replaced all fuel lines and filters, replaced fuel pump, and new tank. It fires up first pull and idles great. Quarter throttle is just as fine. Anything more it just has no power at all and eventually died. Starts back up though. It's also got spark and new plugs. Is it a bad power pack?
