i have a "78 johnson and wasnt sure which lower unit lube to use. i dont have the manual and was in a pinch so i used the 80w-90. is this the correct lube or do i need type c? if i do need type c, do i need to do anything other than change it? i ran the motor with the 80w-90 extensively for 4 days without a problem. its a manual shift. thanks in advance
