77 OMC 2.5 Exhaust/Riser Issue...

So.. I took a 77 Galaxy in on trade. Has a 2.5 OMC Sterndrive.. was told it ran, but exhaust manifold was severely broken. After weeks of searching, I bought what I thought was a replacement on eBay. It fits the motor, but I have 2 issues.

1st: The end cap only has one tube, and my motor has 2... Can i just replace with a 2 tube cap?

2nd: The exhaust port to the riser is larger. It came with a 910380, but my boat uses a 907772 (pics below), Is there an adapter or another elbow I can use?

Hoping that this manifold can be used..
I tried searching and haven't had any luck, any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Ayuh,..... Yer new manifold is from a newer motor,.... I doubt you'll be able to adapt it,.....

Ok, so I broke down and bought a brand new one.. The link for the service manual is down.. Does anyone have another link, or PDF they can email me?

Also, my selectrim works, but the main tilt only clicks.
