77 honda B75 no spark

have a 77 honda B75k3 not sure how meany owners I was told (needs igntion coil) put ohm meter on no read out. Got new coil checked coil assy 1.3, points set at 16 checked 1.0 oil presser swith 1.0 still no spark. can the timing be out 180.

ok tryed 180 still no spark can a bad condincer stop spark???

is it posible to convert a B75 k3 outboard honda from points to CDI ???
