I am a new boat owner and i have a 77 evinrude that I am trying to start. I have checked t spark and cant find any spark. also I have a question about the warm up lever.. my boat does not have one. I push in the key to choke. and I'm getting gas coming out of the carborater . my tack does not work so I don't know the rpms. but battery is fully charged.
