76 850 thunderbolt 85hp trim

The trim quit working I'm just trying to figure out if the cyliniod or the motor went out. On the up side it doesn't do any thing when I bypass it but on the down side the cyliniod clicks but the motor doesn't do any thing. Any suggestions?

Sorry so long to get back after studing the wire diagram I realized that I didn't have a level control switch and now it works great thanks.
