New to Boats and this forum, but here goes. I got a 1975 Johnson 115 hp I recently purchased. The boat was not winterized for a season. When I try to start the boat it cranks, but won't fully start without a little starter fluid. Even with the starter fluid it takes a few ttimes. Once the boat is running, it sometimes stalls when its idleing low. I have to turn up the idle or rpms up to full speed or the boat will stall. It also seems to sometimes miss fire at lower speeds. Once the boat gets going though at higher speeds it seems to run great. I recently replaced the spark plugs. I am at a loss, any help would be appreciated. As I said this is my first boat!
