74 Evinrude Tilt and Trim fluid check...

New boat owner here. I want to check the tilt and trim fluid in my boat, but not sure where the manual release screw is and not sure where to add / check the fluid? the tilit and trim motor is a pt 114n and the assembly has the cylinders on the outside of the motor.

The manual release screw should be at the bottom of the pump and the white plug you see on the side of it is where you add fluid.
