Okay, following up on my No power issue.

I pulled the carb back off and went completely through it again. Spotless!!! All passages clean and fluids flow easily through all.

What is the Proper WOT orifice size for the 6hp?

I have read it is .044 or #57 machine bit size.
My Welding tip file that says #55 drill bit slips right through. #55=.052

Would to large an orifice cause low RPM gain (1800rpm @ WOT) yet not foul the plugs?
On the edge of flooding?

I also found the Throttle cam is worn and the Follower had a groove in it. I have repaired Both Best possible and Reset the Cam for proper initial contact.

Would slightly less than full throttle (1/8") on follower make much difference in gaining RPM?

Am I starting to find little things that add up to the problem?

The only thing that you have not done is a decarb. That may help raise the compression a bit, even though your numbers are not terribly low that may help. My six was having a little problem running rough and rich, and it was weak-ish spark, but I don't think that is your issue. A test with a spark tester is pretty well definitive. Even a weak spark hurts alot.
