Hi Lake_time,<br />The powerhead support gasket is the same,so the bolt pattern should be the same. Some studs maybe different lengths as the adaptor plate and exhaust tunner are different. You can probably switch them. The crank is the same so the spline will match. The 73 block&case is still availible,but the 80 is NLA so I couldn't see if they pasts change to<br />the same number. Most all the parts are the same so it has a good chance of matching up.<br />I forgt to check the lower coulings to see if they were the same. Some times the older ones are narrower,which may not matter.<br />...good luck...corm
