73 135 johnson carbs

rebuilt the carbs and it ran good all day next day got fuel coming out the intake redo the carbs starts great again all day. next day wont start same thing. do i got to do this everytime i go boating?

When you rebuilt the carbs did you replace the float valves and reset the float height or just clean them? If you reset them were you careful not to push on them when you reset them (which can damage them). It sounds like you still have a classic description of a leaky float valve or 2.

I replaced the foats and valves and was very carefull someone said make sure they rest leval when it sits upright when i pu the new ones on they looked perfect so i did not do any kind of adjustments
