Had carb rebuilt, new fuel pump, new impeller, new tank, new fuel lines. The person who did all this used a fuel line too big from pump to carb. He also used zip ties instead of clamps. Of course it leaked right away. With the motor cover on, it runs in a sluggish manner. Take the cover off and it runs like a deer. (It only leaks when squeezing the bulb.) Any comments?
