Hi guys, I'm new to the forum, and have tried searhing but haven't found what I'm looking for.
can anyone here refer me to some links to previous threads showing a rotted deck replacement project ?

Hopefully on a older larson trihull, but any would do.
I'm just starting to pull up the carpet and rotted wood deck. Don't know what I'm going to find yet. will post pics later on tonight.
thanks for any replies,
Ron

Well it's worse than I thought.
Complete port side of deck, 4' of port side stringer, and half or the transom.
I'm not a happy man.

Re: '72 Shark needs deck replacement

Well how did it go Ron? I've got a '77 Larson Manta that I purchased in the spring of last year that has some soft spots in the floors. With the weather starting to warm up I'll be pulling it out of storage and tackling this job pretty soon. Just looking at your pictures scares the crap outta' me, but it's already helpful to see what it might look like underneath. If you have any more pics of your project or any advice you can offer would be greatly appreciated. I hope it went well and you're out on the ol' Larson soaking up some sun!
