'72 Islander 3.0L prop size

This boat with 3-4 fishermen should have what prop size? I just replaced my tired out 120hp with a lower hrs. 140, the wot is at least 5000 when I tested it on the water. (tach max. readable is 5K) I have a 14 by 19 prop now. What's the concensus?

Whatever your listed top RPM for the motor is the the target. Going a bit under that will give you better mileage but don't go too far as it will load the motor.
