motor starts and runs, but won't get over 20 mph. (pushing a 15' tri-hull.) running on hose, with upper or lower plug pulled, at high idle thick water vapor is present, back off throttle water stops..good spark, clean carbs.all new gaskets,(head,water jacket.)checked for holes in water jacket liner, no problem. <br /> Any suggestions anyone???<br /> thanks beekeeper.<br /><br />------------------<br />beekeeper
