71 johnson 50 hp water problem

Jesse here, with a problem that has me stumped.. my 71 50hp johnson runs, but won't produce full power. I am getting some fine water spray out of the cylinders when a spark plug is removed and the engine is run with muffs. replaced ALL gaskets and seals, checked for cracks in head and exhaust jacket, no problems noted. Any suggestions would be helpful.<br /> Thanks Jesse

Sure it's water and not fuel/oil mix spraying out? What are the compression readings on this beast?

Its water for sure, I hold my hand at the plug port and can see the droplets collect. (tastes like water too.) compression at 118, 120..runs good at idle.<br />jesse
