70s-80s frankenstein 30 hp nott cooling impeller works?

im having problems with my frankenstein motor its a mix of johnson 25-35 and evinrude housing and botom is the newer 80s type (exhost popeller) mainly most engin parts is pre ekshaust propeller (70s)

ween i get it started it dosent have a tell tell pe streem. the impeller is new and tested with just hand cranking and it works great. (iv tryed and to blow into the copper tube and hold the pee tube closes and then i can hear it gurgeling and it leaks somewere?!?!
iv tryed with a working and with out a thermostat
and the copper tube enters the impeller (iv even driled a hole in the lower unit so that i can confirm theat it enters 100%
i have som other isuse to but im just guessing id have this fixed first. (manly carb adjusting linkage and so on)

any ideas befor i ripp the engin to peasess for the 14 time and try again?

Whenever I'm testing my water pump I put my motor in a deep barrel of water like so.
Do you have any water coming from the exhaust relief on the back of the leg?
Verify the tell-tell pee tube from the motor is clear.

Try reverse flushing the cooling system through any and all fittings/hoses with a high-pressure fitting on a garden hose. Could be internal blockage from salt corrosion, sand, old impeller bits, etc. Removing lower unit before reverse flusing should prevent washing objects down into water pump & tubes. It is usually something simple. Good luck!

i belive that its like that. kant remember 100% ill cheak it next.

its not sopose to be blocked anywere it has been dismanteld a copel off times and everything cleaned out..

im wondering it it cud be the ekshaust housing mis match maby.. ill try to ceep you posted

this is closer to my type and there isent any restrictor that i can find ;/
