I've got a Yam. 70BETO with serial info: 6H3 450 426

I've been told that this is a foreign motor so can anyone tell me what year and is there a U.S. motor that the same parts will work on it, if so what model is that?

I need to get parts for this thing but having trouble I D -ing it to get the right ones.
