70 Hp Nissan Stalls out

Motor will run wide open for 1-2 minutes then dies,

Starts right up and can go another 1-2 minites. Paid for a long trip of what should have been 15 minutes.

Take it into a dealer and I am sure they can repair it for you.

Is this a tldi motor? Do you have to wait for a short time before it will restart, or can you just fire it up as soon as the boat stops and you can put the engine in neutral? What happens if you leave it in high idle, or does this only happen at wot?

sounds like an airlock in the fuel system, have you checked to make shure your tank vent is working? if it is a TLDI engine it could be a fuel pump problem. try pumping the primer bulb while you are driving and see if it will run for longer.
