I have a K750 bought at flea mkt.
Im not an expert but: Your motor is air cooled
with a little pump for water cooled exhaust. Its loop charged just like the big boys. It is a total orphan both Clinton and Montgomery Ward are gone. There are a couple of sites that specialize in Clinton and other odd ball motors
Boathouse Marine at:www.boathouse.ohgolly.com Also
Bobber at:Email Bobber@mmcable.com Has parts and knows Clintons. If motor has been out of use for some time. spray some lube in spark plug (not wd40 but something that will stay wet.New plug
Probably j13y. set to .025. If external tank check hoses and fittings be sure clean and tight check tank clean/no water. Check lower unit Gear housing
If oily on outside you may need seals and maybe bearings But change the gear oil. and try it
Drain the oil after some use, check for water in oil and further oil leaks Then decide about what it needs.I think it uses standard Lower unit gear
oil.Available at most K MART type marine sections.
Oil or grease any thing that moves You may need to rebuild the carb and fuel pump But see how it runs first. Good luck, Spike
