It is a Clinton out of business for over 20 years.Aircooled powerhead with a water cooled exhaust leg.It uses a solid state ignition.
In my opinion its best to part it out and put the money toward an Evinrude/Johnson 3,4,5,5.5,6 or 7.5 from the early 50s up.easy to work on
smooth,Relatively quiet,a vast supply of new and used parts from dozens of venders and BRP dealers nation wide.
